💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical integration of our API-first promotion engine for enterprise clients. You will ensure platform fit, monitor API usage, and drive retention and growth for your portfolio. This role offers the chance to shape tech partnerships and work with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own integration of API-driven platform with client ecosystems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive escalation
• Manage assigned customers in English and Spanish
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as Technical Account Manager or Integrations Consultant
• Experience with API integrations
• Proven experience with SaaS products
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
