Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience designing complex systems or products
• Preferred educational background in computer science or relevant technical experience
• Portfolio illustrating problem-solving for technical and business users
• Familiarity with qualitative research methods and accessibility principles (WCAG 2)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; awareness of modern frameworks like React valued

Responsibilities

• Drive design solutions for moderately complex technical features, defining end-to-end user flows and interface specifications
• Translate business requirements to elegant product design solutions with growing autonomy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX research, product management, engineering) in a Product Triad model
• Plan and execute user research activities to inform evidence-based design solutions
• Contribute to Design System and UI Guidelines, incorporating accessibility principles
