You'll conduct research on large language modeling for conversational avatars, developing methods to model verbal and non-verbal conversation. You will partner with the Applied ML team to take research from prototype to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research on LLM adaptation for conversational avatars
• Develop methods for real-time avatar behavior control
• Experiment with fine-tuning and conditioning techniques
• Partner with Applied ML team to productionize research

📋 Requirements

• PhD in relevant field or equivalent research experience
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or VLMs
• Experience fine-tuning/adapting LLMs for control or conditioning
• Strong PyTorch skills for deep learning pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of large-scale model training and optimization
• Broader understanding of generative AI across modalities
• Publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, etc.
