Description

You will be the voice of Carvana, building genuine relationships with customers and guiding them through their car-buying or selling journey via inbound and outbound calls. You'll problem-solve in real-time and handle casework with sensitive documentation. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Tempe headquarters.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot effectively
  • Ability to handle phone calls and casework for up to 10 hours a day
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Create exceptional experiences by building genuine relationships with customers via inbound and outbound calls
  • Guide customers through car-buying or selling journey with empathy and expertise
  • Problem-solve using critical thinking to listen and find effective solutions in real-time
  • Review and verify sensitive customer documentation via casework
