You'll perform inspections and testing for transportation projects in Georgia, ensuring compliance with construction contracts. Your work directly impacts roadway quality and safety through materials sampling and field measurements. Training for required certifications is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform inspections of construction processes and materials for contract compliance.
• Inspect truck load tickets for roadway aggregate and asphaltic concrete.
• Perform materials sampling, inspection, and testing.
• Conduct contract administrative duties including field measurements and project close-out.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license in Georgia.
• GDOT WECS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1.5+ years experience as a CEI Inspector Aid.
• Passing scores on GDOT's CEI Training Group 2 tests.
• Knowledge of highway construction materials and methods.
