Description

As a Team Lead, you'll run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, branding, and team engagement. You'll manage the employee and customer experience, assess business trends, and proactively solve problems while developing a team of Customer Advocates.

• Run the local Carvana hub including operations, logistics, and consumer branding
• Manage market launch and ongoing success
• Partner with upper management by generating and monitoring reports
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Advocates
• Interview, select, onboard, and train new team members
