You'll join Pearce Services to design and implement OSP projects for copper and fiber networks. Your work ensures reliable telecom infrastructure through engineering, permitting, and construction coordination. This role offers a chance to impact critical connectivity projects across the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design aerial, buried, and conduit OSP facilities for copper and fiber.
• Prepare and submit permit packages to various agencies.
• Coordinate with municipalities and utilities on field projects.
• Support construction contractors to ensure budget and timeline compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on OSP engineering experience with copper and fiber.
• Proficiency in Frontier engineering tools (FROGS, Varasset, SiteTracker).
• In-depth knowledge of permitting procedures and OSP construction practices.
• Willingness to travel locally within Freeport, IL region.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years in network engineering or OSP work.
• Experience with CAD and field measurement tools.
