  • Process MACD requests through ticketing systems
  • Configure contact center environments per customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and production issues
  • Create deployment documents and runbooks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Contact center technology experience (Cisco, Amazon Connect, Genesys, etc.)
  • Hands-on SQL experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman

  • Automation or scripting skills
  • Cloud-based contact center deployment experience
  • Familiarity with work from office night shift
