• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars.
• Act as main point of contact for interview logistics.
• Assist with occasional administrative tasks or ad hoc projects.

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to be in Sunnyvale office 2-3 days per week.
