Description

You will drive Automattic's growth by developing and nurturing relationships with digital agencies, enabling them to maximize the value of Automattic's product suite. Your role involves strategic account management, joint go-to-market initiatives, training, and events to drive lead generation and joint revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS Channel Sales or Partner Management, preferably in WordPress ecosystem
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with hands-on opportunity identification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams
• Familiarity with Automattic's product suite and WordPress ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Automattic products through partner channels with Digital Agencies
• Identify, source, and develop growth strategies to increase agency partners' book of business
• Take ownership of agency account management including relationships, GTM strategies, and business reviews
• Identify, recruit, and onboard partners aligned with growth strategy
• Provide training and support to partners on Automattic's products and value propositions
