You'll partner with the School Leader to drive academic achievement and school culture at KIPP SoCal's Compton Upper School. You'll lead teachers in instruction and character development, ensuring every student thrives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of school-wide vision and goals
• Coach and develop teachers through observation and feedback
• Analyze student data to drive instructional improvements
• Manage school culture and behavior systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years teaching experience in low-income school
• 2 years leading instruction and curriculum design

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience as Dean of Teaching or Instruction
