You'll serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for enterprise customers in the Middle East. You'll own the full post-sale technical relationship, troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, and build lightweight tooling to improve customer experience. This hybrid role combines customer success, technical support, and engineering skills.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end technical relationships for enterprise accounts in the ME region
  • Troubleshoot integrations with Procore, ACC, Revizto, SSO, API, and BIM workflows
  • Write scripts and SQL queries to automate processes and build reporting tools
  • Travel to customer sites ~25-30% for in-person support and training

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or senior technical support
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SSO, integration troubleshooting, and cloud SaaS
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Jira or Zendesk
  • Fluent in Arabic and English

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in construction, AEC, or field operations technology
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows or mobile field applications
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
