Description

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, you will maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance, perform inspections, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections including fuel level, safety features, and drivability test
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Communicate with team members and management across the business
