Description

You'll design, implement, and support enterprise IT systems in a **multi-site manufacturing environment**, owning Tier 3 escalations and leading infrastructure modernization across **hybrid and cloud platforms**. This role offers the opportunity to shape standards and mentor teams while solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years delivering **enterprise IT solutions** end-to-end.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure** environments.
• Deep experience with **Microsoft 365** including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender.
• Strong experience with **Active Directory**, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and hybrid identity.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents across hardware, software, identity, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects like system migrations and upgrades.
• Design and support solutions across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
