๐ผ About This Role
You'll build the operating system behind Customer Success at a fast-growing fintech startup, directly shaping how we scale from hundreds to thousands of healthcare practices. Your work will drive customer activation, retention, and expansion through data, structured thinking, and pragmatic execution. This is a highly visible builder role with exposure to company leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly CS operating cadence.
- Drive customer utilization, adoption, and retention across card and AI products.
- Build analyses, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and improve workflows, segmentation, forecasting, and operational processes.
- Own quarterly and annual planning processes with cross-functional leaders.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years total experience including high-growth tech company roles in CS Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
- Investment banking or strategy consulting analyst/associate program experience strongly preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: turn data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
- Proactive builder mindset with ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions.
