You'll join the Global Payroll Operations Team as a subject matter expert for Japan, managing end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance. Your core impact will be ensuring data integrity and process improvement. You'll also mentor specialists and support regional managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle payroll in-house for Japan
• Ensure statutory filing, approvals, payments, and compliance
• Reconcile accounts and maintain data integrity
• Mentor and support payroll specialists

📋 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
