• Design and develop robust services powering lending and credit products.
• Build scalable, well-documented APIs for seamless client integration.
• Lead design reviews, advise on architecture, and mentor engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with modern practices.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong backend systems experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and using DDD and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud experience with GCP or AWS, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
