💼 About This Role

You'll join a formulation and product development team focused on dried powder formulations for early-stage platform innovation. You'll execute experimental workflows using lyophilization and spray drying to develop robust, scalable powders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute lyophilization and spray drying experiments
• Execute formulation screening using statistically designed experiments
• Evaluate excipient and processing conditions on stability
• Characterize powders using analytical and physical methods

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years or Master's degree with 3-5 years experience
• Lyophilization and/or spray drying experience
• Design of experiments (DoE) methodology
• Analytical techniques for powders (e.g., DSC, TGA, particle sizing)
