Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Understanding of yardwork and general facility maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of maintenance or HVAC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status.
• Perform light checks and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Assist with lock changes, fixture replacements, and minor painting.
