Description

Lead a distributed team of QA engineers, driving quality through automation, data, and AI. You will set testing standards, define KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a quality engineer
• At least 3 years leading a QA team
• Strong quality mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team of 3-4 engineers
• Drive measurable quality KPIs (defect-leakage, test coverage, etc.)
• Work with Release Management for stable, predictable release cycles
• Partner with Automation Team Lead to expand automation coverage
• Integrate AI into QA flows (test selection, failure analysis, risk prediction)
