💼 About This Role

You'll manage and monitor IT infrastructure supporting engineering and mission-critical operations. You'll maintain servers, networks, and enterprise applications to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient systems. Work cross-functionally to optimize IT solutions in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Maintain and configure computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Install and upgrade software, manage virtual/physical servers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors and document resolutions.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts.

📋 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of system administration or network administration experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 25%.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM for Apple devices.
• Familiarity with engineering software (CAD, ANSYS, Matlab).
• Administration of corporate applications (M365, Atlassian, SQL).
