Description

You will lead a team of Value Engineers, driving end-to-end customer value journeys from sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. You'll work closely with Celonis GTM leadership to help customers achieve strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, acting as a trusted advisor to executive teams.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain and experience in strategic transformation
• Deep understanding of industry trends and C-Suite strategic challenges
• Experience guiding customer IT teams through Celonis Process Intelligence journey
• Project management skills to plan scope, expectations, and timelines
• Executive stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing accounts)
• Translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Communicate value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
• Lead customers through Celonis Value Journey and deploy new features/apps/products
• Recruit and mentor Value Engineers, setting high standards for talent
