💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the strategy for making Terawatt AI-native by building the internal operating system for all teams. Your work will directly impact how every employee uses AI to work faster and at greater scale, with visibility to the C-suite. This role focuses exclusively on internal tools, not customer-facing products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-leverage pain points across teams and prioritize by business impact
• Define product requirements, build prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly
• Scale proven internal tools by leveraging engineering resources for hardening and integration
• Define and report adoption metrics to the executive team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, engineering, IS, or business
• 5+ years in a cross-functional fast-paced environment (consulting, banking, PM, or operating role)
• Demonstrated hands-on AI fluency (e.g., shipped an AI-powered app or led an AI rollout)
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with product management processes like user stories and Jobs-to-be-Done
• Academic background or experience in software engineering
• Experience deploying internal AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) at a 100+ person company
