💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-quality patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity over time. This flexible PRN role offers 6-hour facility shifts with no on-call or overnight requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding and prescribe medications/treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues in residents
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
