Description

You will provide first-line IT support for the Paris office, handling hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, A/V support, and workplace management as part of a global team. This junior role requires being on-site 5 days a week, ensuring colleagues can collaborate effectively.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French, with IT terminology knowledge
• Proficient in supporting both Windows and Mac systems
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, Office 365, Slack, Freshservice
• Basic understanding of networking
• OneLogin or other SSO solutions experience

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networking, and A/V equipment
• Provide first-line support for troubleshooting and setup of new colleagues
• Maintain meeting rooms, support presentations/events, assist with office moves
• Support global IT team via ticketing system and Slack
• Assist network engineers with hands-on support
