You'll own onboarding, launch readiness, and continuous learning to accelerate ramp and improve revenue outcomes across sales and customer success teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Set and own end-to-end GTM enablement strategy, calendar, and measurement.
  • Define success metrics tied to ramp time, productivity, and win rate.
  • Design onboarding programs and lead cross-functional launch readiness.
  • Assess program effectiveness using data like Gong and deliver booster shots.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS enablement expertise in high-growth enterprise.
  • Prior field experience as a seller or customer-facing value driver (AE, SE, or CSM).
  • Proven ability to translate product strategy into measurable enablement outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
