Description

You will take ownership of state-of-the-art testing equipment for manufacturing printed circuit boards, driving the relationship between engineering and production teams to ensure quality, reliability, and manufacturability. Your work forms the backbone for millions of next-generation devices powering the Starlink satellite internet system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years professional experience in hands-on manufacturing environment OR bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical test equipment
• Experience diagnosing PCB failure modes and root cause analysis
• Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, and work instructions

Responsibilities

• Complete standardized testing, root cause analysis, and R&D projects
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment
• Triage non-conforming product and drive resolution and preventative actions
• Facilitate close relationship with engineering team for design feedback
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost
