Description

As a Universal Hospice RN at Otterbein, you'll manage a caseload of patients, providing skilled nursing care in their homes. You'll work closely with families to deliver compassionate, person-centered end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2-4 years direct patient care in hospice or home care
• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage primary caseload of hospice patients
• Provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers
• Comply with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Ohio licensure laws
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures
