💼 About This Role

You'll join GoDaddy's Contracts team to independently manage a high volume of commercial agreements and serve as the lead legal advisor for distribution and go-to-market initiatives. Your work will directly enable business growth while improving contract efficiency and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, amendments, SOWs, and order forms.
• Support strategic distribution partnerships including reseller and partner agreements.
• Serve as legal advisor for market entry efforts and go-to-market initiatives.
• Provide feedback on contract templates and processes to improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one state
• Experience independently managing high-volume commercial transactions

• Experience with SaaS licensing and technology agreements
• Familiarity with privacy and information security issues
• Prior in-house experience at a technology company
