💼 About This Role

You'll own the Name Screening and Payment Screening product area at Ebury, a fintech enabling global business growth. You'll drive the strategy and roadmap to optimize vendor integrations, matching logic, and AI-powered false-positive reduction. This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Engineering, and Data, reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and roadmap for screening product area
• Optimize list sources for sanctions, PEP, and adverse media
• Leverage AI to improve screening precision and reduce false positives
• Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and Data Science teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience
• 2+ years working on screening products
• Strong understanding of sanctions and watchlist screening concepts
• Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated environments

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience building platforms for B2B and B2B2C use cases
