You will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community by performing thorough cleaning, trash removal, and upkeep of common areas. Your role helps create a pleasant living environment for residents.

Requirements

• No educational preference
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and debris removal throughout the property
• Maintain breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas including pressure washing
• Clean mailroom, pool area, fitness area, laundry room, clubhouse, and other common areas
• Clean grilling stations and water non-irrigated areas
• Assist with distributing communications to residents' doors
