💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design vision and end-to-end product experience across iOS, Android, and web at UnitedMasters, managing a small UX/UI design team while being a hands-on player/coach. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver artist-first experiences that drive growth and retention. This role is based in San Francisco with four days in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-platform UX strategy spanning iOS, Android, and web
• Deliver high-quality designs and prototypes for mobile apps and web interfaces
• Lead user research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small UX/UI design team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI or product design experience for consumer-facing mobile apps and responsive web
• 3+ years managing designers or leading design teams
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality cross-platform design work
• Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, mobile design systems, and responsive layout frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in creator platforms, music tech, or digital media
• Familiarity with experimentation/analytics systems (A/B testing, funnels)
• History of partnering with engineering teams to ship mobile and web features at scale
