You'll support the DoD warfighter mission by troubleshooting and resolving network issues for over 20,000 users. You'll handle outage and maintenance tickets, perform hardware installations, and configure Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper devices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle outage and maintenance tickets for 20,000+ users
• Troubleshoot layer 1-3 network issues remotely and onsite
• Install and upgrade routers, switches, and WAN accelerators
• Document incidents and corrective actions in the Incident Management System

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Network Technician
• DoD Secret security clearance
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification
• CCNA certification preferred or willing to obtain

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP protocols
• Experience with wireless technologies, VPN, IPS, and WAN accelerators
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
