You'll develop and deliver training materials for the Moderation and Authenticity teams, ensuring knowledge alignment across global offices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Moderation and Authenticity
• Manage and administer training materials for new hire classes
• Conduct refresher training and knowledge checks for tenured teammates
• Act as liaison between India and US teams for training updates

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience as a trainer
• Demonstrated skill with training and coaching large teams in a repetitive queue environment
• Strong experience with calibration sessions and leading meetings with stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and error rates to determine knowledge gaps
