You'll oversee operational strategy for an ALO store, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient scheduling. Your work directly impacts the store's ability to stay customer-ready at all times, blending mindful movement with operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee inventory accuracy and root cause issues
• Coordinate labor hours for efficient product receiving
• Review budget and business metrics with General Manager
• Lead and develop the Operations team

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Open availability including weekends and holiday blackout period

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of yoga or wellness retail
• Previous assistant manager experience
