🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspire and hold team accountable for NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales.
• Cultivate resident satisfaction and manage renewals and work orders within 48 hours.
• Lead marketing efforts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for rentals and home sales.
• Oversee budget, expense management, and vendor spending to optimize Net Operating Income.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
