💼 About This Role

You'll join the Motor Pricing team to deliver technical pricing and portfolio analysis for European markets outside France. Your core impact is securing profitability and strengthening technical portfolio management through robust pricing and performance monitoring. This contractor role offers high autonomy, ownership of end-to-end projects, and collaboration with Risk, Reinsurance, and Data stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Independently manage new contract pricing profitability analyses and scenario testing.
• Optimize existing portfolios with performance diagnostics and pricing action proposals.
• Maintain pricing tools, datasets, models, and profitability reports.
• Prepare review packs and quantified analyses for partner committees.

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in Motor pricing for European or UK markets.
• Excellent actuarial and analytical skills for decision-grade analyses.
• Ability to deliver committee-ready outputs with structured narratives.
• Experience with stakeholders across Risk, Reinsurance, and Data.

• Experience in Italy and/or Spain markets.
• Familiarity with embedded insurance or B2B2C models.
