💼 About This Role

You'll be both a trusted commercial lawyer and a systems builder, supporting Nextdoor's global revenue team on advertising deals. You'll design workflows, playbooks, templates, and AI-enabled tooling to make legal support scalable. This role offers the chance to reimagine how legal work gets done at a neighborhood network used in 350,000 communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate advertising and partnership contracts.
• Design scalable contract systems and self-service resources.
• Evaluate and operationalize AI tools across the contract lifecycle.
• Advise internal clients on legal risks and business strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in-house at a tech or digital media company.
• Track record of building legal operations infrastructure (e.g., CLM, playbooks, AI workflows).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools in a legal context.
• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school and bar admission.
