• Greet visitors, customers, and vendors warmly
• Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls
• Process payments via credit card, check, and cash
• Support sales team and company president as needed

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of customer service or receptionist experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to lift boxes and perform physical tasks
