You'll own day-to-day accounts and payroll across Australian and Canadian operations, working closely with the Finance Manager. You will ensure accurate bank reconciliations and timely payroll processing. This role offers a chance to grow in a high-performing tech startup shaking up the mining industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
• Support payroll processing for Australian and international employees

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and payroll
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data

• Experience in SaaS or tech is a bonus
