🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a small team of direct reports
• Own development of HDL and firmware on custom FPGA systems
• Provide early guidance on architecture decisions
• Define requirements and processes for traceability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing firmware or HDL for FPGAs
• 2+ years managing an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency with FPGA design tools (Xilinx Vivado, Microchip Libero)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-level synthesis (HLS) tools
• Experience with FPGA verification techniques (UVM, formal verification)
• Experience with Xilinx Ultrascale, Zynq MPSoC, or Versal
