💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high volume periods, and support new employees. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards. Leadership experience is key for this onsite role in Long Beach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise.
• Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
