💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex customer engineering engagements, designing and building custom solutions that integrate Notion into enterprise environments. You'll work on large-scale migrations, production AI/agentic deployments, and custom integrations. This role offers hands-on impact across Notion's most strategic customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own hands-on technical delivery of customer engagements end to end
• Design and build custom agents, integrations, and data pipelines
• Lead large-scale content and data migrations for enterprise clients
• Act as trusted technical advisor, shaping architectural decisions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing engineering role in SaaS or enterprise software
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration
• Fluency in English and German

• Experience with AI agents in complex workflows
• Background developing technical frameworks or internal tooling
• Experience supporting pre-sales phases including migration scoping
