You'll build the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion, owning HubSpot, Stripe, Snowflake, Common Room, Posthog and the integrations between them. Your core impact will establish scalable processes, forecasts, and analytics that turn our hybrid self-serve and enterprise motion into a predictable revenue engine. This role offers the unique opportunity to architect the GTM function from the ground up at a fast-growing Series B startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own GTM tech stack end-to-end: HubSpot, Stripe, Snowflake, Common Room, Posthog.
  • Build forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and revenue dashboards.
  • Partner with marketing on lead scoring, lifecycle, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales on quota setting, territory design, and comp plan modeling.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Deep fluency with HubSpot or Salesforce plus modern GTM stack.
  • Experience supporting both self-serve/PLG and enterprise sales motions.
  • Low-ego, high-ownership mindset with strong cross-functional instincts.

  • Usage-based or consumption pricing experience (Snowflake, Datadog, Vercel, Twilio, Stripe).
  • Interest in leadership but motivated by impact over title.
