💼 About This Role

You'll own the full renewal cycle for UKI and DACH Enterprise accounts, managing a portfolio of FTSE 100 and DAX 40 clients. As a founding member of the EMEA renewals team, you will drive retention and unlock expansion opportunities while building foundational playbooks for a category-defining SaaS platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise accounts
  • Negotiate complex contracts with procurement and legal
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities
  • Maintain and report accurate rolling 90-day forecast

📋 Requirements

  • 4-6 years of Enterprise SaaS go-to-market experience
  • At least 2 years in a dedicated renewals or sales role
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex contracts
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations in FTSE 100 environments
