Description

You will lead go-to-market strategy for commercetools' platform, AI Hub, and ecosystem enablers, translating complex technical concepts like LLMs and composable commerce into compelling value propositions for global enterprises. You'll partner with product and engineering to shape launch strategies and create content that empowers customers to adopt new innovations.

Requirements

Background in Engineering or Product Management with deep understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, API-driven orchestration
Ability to collaborate with engineers on technical constraints while crafting compelling stories
Experience in high-growth global organizations turning complex launches into repeatable processes
Proactive mindset for using AI tools and mastering emerging tech

Responsibilities

Refine platform positioning and lead messaging for AI Hub, Agent Gateway, and integrations
Translate complex AI concepts (LLMs, agentic commerce) into clear value propositions
Amplify joint value propositions with key technology partners like Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape launch strategies for new platform capabilities
Conduct deep research into customer and developer needs to inform product direction
