🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct technical support for customer inquiries and troubleshooting
• Log and manage customer support cases via CRM and support platforms
• Escalate complex issues to Field Application Scientists and R&D teams
• Create educational and instructional content for customers and internal teams

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Genetics
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role supporting genomics products
• Experience with next-generation sequencing platforms and library preparation
• Experience with cell culture and RNA-Seq

• Knowledge of gene expression data analysis and analysis tools
