🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead teams developing complex stormwater capital projects
  • Evaluate stormwater issues and develop scope, schedule, budget
  • Manage consultants, review plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Collaborate with city officials, residents, and agencies

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field
  • 3 years professional civil engineering experience, 2 in design/construction
  • Professional Engineer registration in Texas (or obtain within 6 months)
  • Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

  • 7 years engineering experience, 4 in stormwater management
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and FEMA regulations
