🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with PMs and researchers to define the design roadmap
• Translate data and insights into actionable design solutions
• Guide end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity UI
• Contribute to the global design system for consistency

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience designing mobile-first digital products at scale
• Ability to reframe ambiguous problems and define strategic vision
• Experience building or using scalable design frameworks
• High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows

• Background in graphic or visual design
