You'll own organic growth by engineering self-sustaining SEO and CRO loops for a B2B SaaS startup backed by top VCs. Your work will drive user acquisition and retention through data-driven experiments and lifecycle automation. The role offers high autonomy and fast-track to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SEO strategy including keyword research and content clustering
• Architect and A/B test high-converting landing pages
• Design email/CRM flows for onboarding and retention
• Run rapid growth experiments like affiliate and referral programs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on SEO and CRO in B2B environments
• Proficiency in GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Framer
• Track record scaling B2B SaaS from $0 to $1-5M ARR
• Ability to prototype and launch experiments in days

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier or n8n
• Portfolio of cross-channel growth loop case studies
• Background in lifecycle marketing and CRM flows
